Grant Application Process & Documents

United Way Monterey County works toward its mission and vision through granting funds to Certified Member Agencies, which have an ongoing relationship with United Way.  Certified Member Agencies are eligible to apply for funding each year, but are not guaranteed funding.  Non-member agencies interested in Certification should review the requirements found under UWMC Certificatio Process & Documents.

Unsolicited applications will NOT be reviewed.

 

2010-2011 Allocations Process

Please read the instruction letter carefully and complete the Common Grant Application, the IMpact Evaluation Plan, and all supporting attachements.

  • A complete application packet must include:
  • Common Grant Application (rev. 2010) with appropriate supporting documents
  • Impact Evaluation Plan for 2010-2011
  • Attachment D - Agency Statistics
  • Attachment E - Client Success Story
  • If you submit your application in hard copy. please include two (2) copies of the Audited Financial Statement for your most recently completed fiscal year.

All applications and supporting documentations are due at the United Way Monterey county office at 50 Garden Court, Suite 350 by 3:00 p.m. Friday, March 19.

 

Site Visits will be schelduled in April or May.  You will be notified of the propposed amount of your grant in June.
