FREE Help for Foreclosure Prevention

Know someone who’s having trouble paying their mortgage?  Housing Resource Center (HRC) offers FREE assistance – don’t pay for Foreclosure Prevention or Loan Modification.

HRC  is offering a FREE  Foreclosure Prevention workshop on  Saturday, March 3 from 10 am to 12 noon at their center in Salinas.   The workshops are offered monthly and are presented in both Spanish and English.  The workshop will cover financial fitness, predatory lending, California foreclosure process & Steps.  Space is limited, so call (831) 424-9186 to reserve your spot.

In addition, HRC offers FREE one-on-one Foreclosure Prevention Counseling every day at their offices.  Call now to make an appointment or reservation.

HRC is a United Way Certified Partner Agency and a HUD-approved Housing Counseling agency. HRC offers its Foreclosure Prevention programs at no charge.  Don’t pay for these same services.
