The Accounting Associate provides comprehensive technical and analytical support to the Vice President Finance and is responsible for the accuracy and relevance of the financial system information.  The Associate will be knowledgeable in multiple functions of the financial and accounting system as well as the donor data base.  The Associate must be able to perform work independently. Outreach Worker, Central Coast Center for Independent Living
Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Outreach Worker is responsible for providing outreach and education services within the scope of a given project in order to meet program requirements.  The position requires strong interpersonal skills to make connections and build relationships with the target consumer base.  Works collaboratively with other departments at CCCIL as well as other community-based agencies with the purpose making the critical linkages to housing services for community members.  Educates the general public on the services available at CCCIL and eligibility requirements for services.  The position is involved in direct recruitment of participants for housing services provided by CCCIL case managers. Works as a member of a team following program and reporting procedures via guidance from the Program Manager and grant deliverables. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.  Full Job Description

Alzheimer's Association, Northern California and Northern Nevada Chapter, Regional Director of Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Benito Counties
Under the direction of the Director of Regional Operations, the Regional Director is responsible for developing plans to support existing and future programs to serve residents of the Monterey Bay Area, including Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Benito counties. The Regional Director works with Association staff and the local volunteer leadership to deliver the Association’s strategic plan.   The Regional Director oversees day-to-day operations of both the Monterey and Santa Cruz offices, works collaboratively with other community organizations and provides leadership in support of the Association’s full mission.  The Regional Director represents and champions the Association’s strategic plan to the staff and the volunteer leadership.
