The Housing Resource Center of Monterey County (HRC) formerly the Housing Advocacy Council and the Monterey County Housing Alliance provides housing resources from homeless prevention to home ownership to enable households to access affordable housing opportunities. HRC fosters community stability, stronger communities, and personal economic empowerment through education, advocacy, counseling and assistance. HRC is a comprehensive one-stop center for homeownership, rental information and assistance, housing education and credit counseling services.
