Stuff the Bus is a countywide drive to provide new school supplies and backpacks for children who live in homeless or near homeless conditions. In 2023, more than 11,400 students were identified as homeless throughout Monterey County.
Last year, Stuff the Bus provided 4,500 backpacks for our local students.
UWMC's Early Care and Education programs are designed to improve long-term academic outcomes for children and help support families achieve economic self-sufficiency.
Stuff the Bus Volunteers will work together to unpack school supplies and assemble backpacks.
