Financial Statements Reflect UWMC's Support for Community
Below you will find the financial statements for the fiscal years 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. These financials reflect the strict governance provided by the Board of Directors. The Board and Finance Committees, composed of community volunteers, review and approve the annual budget and the monthly financial statements, which include campaign fundraising results, community investments and operating expenses. Financial statements are audited annually and certify that financial statements are in full compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). The board also oversees the work of the President and CEO, Mary L. Adams.
All statements are provided in PDF format. Copies of the audited financial statements and the IRS Form 990 are available for inspection at the United Way Monterey County offices at 60 Garden Court, Suite 350 in Monterey, CA or at 376 Main Street in Salinas, CA.
