Description
Domain Scores provide a structured way to assess a client's current situation across multiple areas of self-sufficiency and well-being. Each domain is scored independently based on the client's circumstances at the time of the assessment. Completing domain scores helps establish a baseline, identify areas of need, and measure progress over time through future assessments.

Best Practices
- Select the score that most accurately reflects the client's current situation.
- Score only the domains that are relevant to the client.
- Review information with the client whenever possible to ensure accuracy.
- Complete additional assessments over time to track changes and progress.
- Use the Report Notes section to document context that may not be reflected by a domain score alone.
