Description
Use Economic Mobility Continuum (EMC) Assessment Report to complete and save an assessment for a client by scoring life domains and documenting assessment notes.
Available to:
Agency Admins, Agency Staff
Navigation
On the left navigation bar, click “Reports”, then select “Create Report.”
Creating an EMC Assessment Report
- Select Client
- Report Date
- Domain Scores: Complete as much client information as possible using accurate, verified information, but you do not need to fill out every field. For more about Domain Scores, click here.
- Report Notes
- Save Report
Additional Assessments
- Select an existing client
- Enter a new assessment date
- Complete the assessment
- Save the report
