SMS Terms & Conditions
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from the Smart Referral Network (SRN), you consent to receive SMS communications related to services, referrals, appointments, program participation, consent status updates, and automated replies to text keywords (for example, texting FOOD to receive resource information).
Mobile opt-in information will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Types of Messages
You may receive text messages regarding:
- Referral confirmations
- Referral status updates
- Appointment reminders
- Service coordination
- Case management communications
- Program announcements
- Follow-up requests
- Account notifications
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your participation in programs and referral activity.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying: STOP
After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no additional SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
